ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sr. Product Manager (or Product Manager 2) applies solid understanding of product management, market trends, customer needs and cost management to manage specific product features and oversee product lifecycles for products in various growth stages (growth, maintenance or sunset) for Entegral. The Sr. Product Manager owns parts of the product strategy, drives product decisions, manages backlogs and oversees development of new product features while ensuring key performance metrics and business objectives are met.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in California, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.

Pay Range: [$119,600 - $149,600]

Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and company
    priorities
  • Lead the creation, refinement, and prioritization of product backlogs, ensuring features align with the strategic
    vision and are continuously improved
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, UX, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on
    product goals, timelines, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform the product development process
    and uncover new opportunities
  • Oversee the end-to-end feature development process, from ideation to testing and launch, ensuring features meet
    customer needs and business objectives
  • Continuously track and measure product performance, using key metrics and user feedback to drive iterative
    improvements and maintain market competitiveness
  • Manage product-related costs, including development and maintenance expenses, ensuring the product delivers
    strong financial performance and cost optimization
  • Lead product retirement and transition strategies, defining decommissioning plans and ensuring smooth
    migrations for end-users or customers
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required:
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to travel and attend in-person meetings, training, and business events at company offices and other U.S. locations, including Madison, WI and St. Louis, MO, up to 2-4 times per year as required
  • For remote or full remote work-from-home positions, reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated professional workspace, and a functioning webcam are required. This position operates in a camera-on, video-first environment, and regular video participation is a condition of employment
  • Must be located in one of the following locations: AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA,TN, TX, VA, WA or WI
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ Years experience in Product Management to include the following:
    - building and updating a product roadmap
    - executing the product vision
    - effectively leading a team
  • 2+ Years experience in a SaaS industry or product technology role
    - Understanding of API architecture and deployment models
  • Availability for up to 30% Travel for Meetings (foreign & domestic)

Preferred:
  • Experience in the Auto Insurance,Tech or Collision Repair Industry
