Capital Medical Group (CMG), formerly known as GW Medical Faculty Associates, is seeking an
experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate/Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established
Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in Washington, DC.This is an exceptional opportunity for an
experienced ENT NP/PA or NP/PA from Surgery, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care who is interested in expanding their clinical expertise in Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT) medicine. Work alongside nationally recognized physicians in a collaborative academic environment while enjoying a predictable Monday-Friday schedule, no call responsibilities, and a practice environment designed to support long-term career satisfaction.
Position Overview- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule / Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; (9 clinical sessions and 1 administrative session per week)
- Call: None
- Patient Volume: Approximately 15-18 (varies)
- Location: Capital Medical Group; Washington, DC
- Practice Setting: ENT Outpatient Clinic
- Support / Care Team: Practice includes 9 ENT physicians, 3 Audiologists, 1 Speech Language Pathologist, and dedicated MA support
- EMR / Technology: Epic
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, outpatient ENT care for a diverse, adult patient population, ranging from routine otolaryngology concerns to complex specialty conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and APPs to coordinate patient care across multiple ENT subspecialties, including rhinology, laryngology/voice disorders, sleep medicine, thyroid and skull base surgery.
- Practice at the top of your license with a high degree of clinical autonomy and access to physician support when needed.
- Document clinical encounters using Epic EMR.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $125K-$145K range; based on experience and scope of practice

Required Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible NP/PA
- Active or eligible Washington, DC medical license
- Minimum of one year of experience (following training) - new graduates will not be accepted for this opportunity
