Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital is actively seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE)
Advanced Practice Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join our hospital-employed Otolaryngology practice. This is a
new position created to support practice growth and expand patient access.
In this role, you will work alongside an experienced Otolaryngologist and a dedicated, innovative team consisting of 2 CMAs, 1 RN, and 3 PSRs within a well-established practice serving the Ellsworth community for years to come.
Position Highlights: - Ambulatory/outpatient role only
- APP maintains an independent schedule to provide general ENT care in a collaborative care environment
- Performs in-office procedures such as:
- Ear lavages
- Tube checks
- Stent removals
- Post-operative care
- Other minor ENT procedures
- Flexibility for a 4- or 5 day work week

Compensation Information: - $116,500 - $130,247 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity.
- The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
