As the Enrollment Marketing Associate, you'll work with a high volume of clients to ensure that communications plans are created and delivered upon. These responsibilities will have you working alongside your colleagues in Client Success, Marketing Operations, Growth, Design, and Data Analytics to help us meet our revenue goals. All of this work is to ensure we motivate people to get moving and feel better as we scale our marketing efforts.

What You'll Accomplish- Responsible for client-specific communications planning and ongoing standard marketing campaign execution for a large book of accounts (200-500+ accounts)
- Partner with Client Success to support and influence clients within your shared book of business, to meet annual revenue targets
- Partner with enrollment marketing leaders to scale programs and drive increased performance for your book of business
- Contribute in helping to evolve Enrollment Marketing processes and improving our marketing campaigns
- Contribution to team documentation and ongoing upkeep

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role
- 2+ years of experience in project management tools, and comfortable working within Google Suite
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or account-service role or team
Preferred Qualifications- Professional experience working cross functionally with teams such as marketing operations, engineering and creative to build marketing materials for clients
- Professional experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and resolve them efficiently
- Demonstrated AI-curious mindset: Experience with use of AI tools to improve personal or team productivity. Comfort with experimenting, iterating, and learning in an environment where AI capabilities are rapidly evolving.
