What you'll be doing...This position is highly demanding, fast-paced, and requires exceptional time management and communications skills. Majority of the work is in an office environment; some of the work requires travel and outside work. Most outside work is at outdoor cell sites and hub locations.
- Providing project management and supervision of construction activities for multiple Network site additions and upgrade projects.
- Providing complete ownership of project financials.
- Providing clear direction and supervision to contractors, vendors, and/or other teams supporting upgrade projects.
What we're looking for...You'll need to have:
- Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Experience in the wireless telecom industry.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Ability to manage changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
- Knowledge of CWDM/DWDM multiplexing to maximize fiber resources.
- Knowledge of CRAN & ERAN architecture and coordination mechanisms.

Where you'll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
