What you’ll be doing...As a Network Performance Engineer, you'll be responsible for testing and analyzing network coverage. You’ll be participating in cross-functional projects and working in a collaborative environment with other passionate and skilled team members to create a positive impact on our business.
Evaluating service performance trends and isolating root causes of impacted services.
Providing technical analysis, troubleshooting, and training assistance to markets and regions as requested.
Optimizing networks using traditional and innovative means.
Supporting stakeholder organizations to identify and solve complex problems.
What we’re looking for...You’re tech savvy, and well-versed in all things telecommunications No stranger to a fast-paced environment, you manage multiple assignments, and competing priorities while staying focused on important deadlines. You can quickly build relationships with a diverse range of people and explain complex technical issues in a way that everyone can understand.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Working primarily night shift hours to perform network testing, optimization, vendor support and system maintenance.
