Job Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. You will lead the end-to-end deployment, configuration, and optimization of ForeScout network security solutions within complex Department of Defense (DoD) environments. Additionally, you will provide high-level systems analysis, develop technical documentation, and collaborate directly with government stakeholders to resolve exceptionally complex integration and operational challenges. This position is in New Cumberland, PA. This position may require CONUS and/or OCONUS.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • ForeScout Engineering & Network Security: Serving as the primary technical authority for ForeScout professional services. This includes executing on-site and off-site product deployments, conducting health checks, troubleshooting, and managing production network and computer security systems comprised of diverse hardware and software.
  • Systems Analysis & Architecture Design: Providing high-level functional analysis, advising on exceptionally complex technical problems, and assisting with implementation capacity and network designs. The candidate actively participates in all phases of software development, including planning, modeling, simulation, testing, and integration.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory: Acting as the primary technical liaison between the project team and government representatives. This involves coordinating pre-installation technical calls, advising on deployment techniques, capturing feature requests, and resolving critical product issues.
  • Technical Documentation & Training: Driving knowledge transfer by contributing to the development and implementation of technical best practices and training materials. This theme also includes drafting detailed post-deployment summaries and delivering presentations to audiences with varying levels of technical fluency.
  • DoD Operations & Compliance: Operating securely within military environments by applying deep knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems, strict security standards, and DoD network processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • DoD IAT Level II.
  • Must possess a LINUX+.
  • Must possess a Forescout Certified Administrator (FSCA) -OR- Forescout Certified Engineer (FSCE) Certification.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess a DoD current Secret clearance.
