Engineering Sr ManagerJOB SUMMARY:General Engineering is responsible for leading, managing, and/or performing work across multiple engineering areas of an organization's operations. Activities include but are not limited to, analyzing technology trends, designing new products/processes, modifying and improving existing products/processes, developing test procedures. Confers with others in the organization to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products. May be involved in field-testing of products, processes, and/or systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and maintain standards across all mills on precision maintenance items
- Lubrication
- Alignments
- Vibration analysis
- Etc.
- Develop and maintain standards across all mills on critical equipment inspections and PM's
- Safety Valves
- Tanks and Vessels
- Dryer Cans
- Rotating Equipment
- Etc.
- Develop and train mill teams in the MOPS process of scheduled maintenance compliance and effectiveness
- Develop and train mill teams in the process of scheduling, planning, and executing mill maintenance outages
- Work with mill maintenance and reliability leaders to setup and maintain training for mechanics
- Interacts frequently with internal and external leadership and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarifications.
- Leads briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree.

JOB SUMMARY:General Employee/Labor Health & Safety work encompasses activities related to the wellbeing of employees including: • Developing and implementing policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace • Identifying potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and working conditions • Investigating accidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence • Providing advice and training on safety protocols and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employee health and safety • Maintaining and analyzing records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.

Safe Quality Food Responsibilities:- Follow all Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergens procedures, related to production of Safe Quality Foods.
- Report to person of authority to record any potentially unsafe conditions which may result in unsafe foods or noncompliance to SQF related procedures.
- Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions (from customer complaints, SQF audits, validation, and verification activities) as required.
- Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
- Report any potentially unsafe SQF conditions or customer complaints to a person of authority to record and/or correct the situation
Education & Experience:BA degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree.
