We are looking for a Engineering Solutions Application Engineer to work with our team of developers and partner with cross functional teams across the company to develop customizations, optimize workflows and ensure engineering tools do not limit the speed of engineering design.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- You have 5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent education/work experience)
- You prioritize solutions that deliver immediate value to engineers over perfect but complex approaches
- You understand that adoption is as important as capability-the best process is the one people actually use
- You possess deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline and its associated tool stack (CAD, CAE, PLM, or discipline-specific applications)
- You have a strong understanding of engineering workflows from concept through production
- You have hands-on experience using engineering design tools and can quickly learn new platforms
- You have proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions
- You are a U.S. Person (required for export control)5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- You have experience using a wide array of engineering design tools across multiple disciplines
- You have training, instructional design, or technical education experience
- You have basic knowledge of scripting, automation, or tool customization
- You understand data flow between engineering systems (CAD, PLM, ERP, MES)
- You have experience in startup, defense, aerospace, or high-growth manufacturing environments
- You are familiar with PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.) and their integration with design tools
- You have a background supporting cross-functional engineering teams in complex product development
- You have knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
US Salary Range
$129,000-$171,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
