Full Job Description
The position will provide hands-on leadership of Engineering Services, delivering technical support to project engineering teams and the Facilities Engineering function. Key areas of responsibility include Information Management, financial and schedule tracking & forecasting, in addition to the development and maintenance of digital tools that support our engineering workflows.

The role will support internal clients and contribute to functional projects under regular supervision while helping drive efficiency, data quality, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The Engineering Services Lead oversees engineering services for Design Engineering and drives standardized Facilities Engineering (FE) workflows with seamless information flow. The role leads FE Information Management by sharing best practices and tailoring support to reduce rework and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engineering Services for FE Design Engineering department, prioritizing resources to enable execution, proactively identifying and removing barriers, and providing timely recognition to teams throughout delivery.


  • Proactively mitigate enterprise risk by ensuring standardized processes, compliance with Capital Project (CP) guidance, and continuous quality improvement across all Design Engineering projects.


  • Lead FE Information Management to create alignment across the respective departments and drive immediate problem-solving, less redundancy, and improved performance by sharing best practices and assessing individual needs.


  • Manage digital & data tools for FE.


  • Partner with CP to manage project work for Design Engineering, (i.e. Information Management (IM) & Document Control (DC) & cost control), including occasional hands-on participation if required.


  • Manage reporting/dashboards to support leadership decision-making.


  • Enhance alignment with Capital Projects & FE stakeholders to continue building a culture that enables all departments to effectively manage, store & organize information developed.


  • Lead FE IM initiatives.


  • Provide governance and guidance in the form of processes, tools, standards & services


  • Conduct FE System of Record audits & shepherd information stewards to ensure department information is properly maintained and department records are stored in the correct repositories. This includes executing SharePoint Audits to ensure legal compliance with security & content.


Performance Expectations:

  • Increase FE function Information Management utilization through department alignment and immediate problem-solving.


  • Share best practices, assess individual needs, and align department operations to improve performance and reduce redundancy.


  • Strengthen Information Management and data governance; provide active coaching and development of FE Site Collection Administrators to grow team capabilities.


Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management or Business.


  • 10+ years of experience supporting engineering projects & managing Information Management systems.


  • 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience (direct supervision preferred).


  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)


  • Strong organizational and communication skills.


  • Experience in information management, document control, Power BI, and project workflows.
