What You Will Do in This Role?- Lead complex engineering projects from kickoff to implementation
- Develop and manage integrated project plans using PM best practices
- Partner with Engineering, Quality/Regulatory, Certification, and Leadership teams
- Communicate priorities, risks, timelines, and financial impacts to stakeholders
- Drive process improvements, change management, and team alignment
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and schedule goals
- Ensure alignment with PMO standards, including planning, execution, and deployment
What You Will Need for This Role?- Technical Bachelor's degree (required)
- PMP certification (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in project management and operations leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication, financial, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools
- Ability to travel up to 25%
