[Responsibilities] - Design and optimize manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, machining, and material handling. - Develop efficient plant layouts to maximize productivity and streamline workflow. - Specify and sequence operations for tool and equipment fabrication to ensure optimal product performance. - Adapt machinery and equipment designs to meet specific factory and production requirements. - Integrate inspection and testing requirements into production plans to ensure quality standards are met. - Inspect equipment, machinery, and tools for performance and initiate corrective actions for any deficiencies. - Develop and apply statistical process control techniques within manufacturing workflows. - Collaborate with engineering teams to guide design concepts based on equipment and manufacturing capabilities. - Ensure all processes comply with regulatory and safety standards. [Required Skills and Experience] - Minimum 15 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a high-volume, process-driven environment. - Advanced expertise in process design, plant layout, and production optimization. - Strong background in tool and equipment fabrication, process control, and quality assurance. - Proficiency in developing and implementing statistical process control techniques. - Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in manufacturing settings. - Willingness to work the second shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM EST.
