Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited Program
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering or technical role
• At least two years of management and/or technical leadership experience (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration (preferred)
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills (preferred)
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams (preferred)
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct advanced technology development and engineering team.
• Establish and oversee policies and processes, determining resource needs.
• Manage organizational budgets and oversee development projects.
• Understand product development full-cycle requirements.
• Define the vision and strategy for future factory operations.
• Set and assess employee performance goals with team members.
• Collaborate with various organizations and customers to resolve project issues.
