- Own long-term team outcomes and success of Privy's product and business
- Hold the team accountable to excellence in quality, throughput, and performance
- Ensure the team is working on the right scope of work and projects, align decisions with business impact, and build interfaces with other parts of the org
- Fill gaps as a player-coach; review PRs, write and review design docs, investigate incidents - stay close to the metal and reinforce our builder culture
- Coach engineers towards growth and their career goals
- Build a supportive, fun, motivating, celebratory team culture so that the team wins every week
- Partner with the team's Tech Lead and Product Manager to drive successful engineering and product outcomes
