About youYou9ve shipped consumer-facing client applications on either Android or iOS
You have built and led software engineering teams
You're familiar with the technical aspects and trade-offs of performance optimization techniques, architecture patterns, and modernizing code in client applications
You can run with ambiguous requirements, be decisive when appropriate, and take smart risks
You9re unafraid to take on new challenges and learn quickly to be effective in a new domain
You9re proactive and results-oriented
You communicate and collaborate effectively and can advocate for controversial positions
Passion for movies, TV series, and technology with an understanding of the streaming media industry is a plus
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $436,000.00 - $710,000.00.
