About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and visionary Fulfillment Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers in revolutionizing our fulfillment systems. This role involves driving innovation and transformation across core areas, including Order Management (OMS), Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). In this role, you will oversee the development, support, and optimization of solutions that streamline fulfillment operations, enhance the fulfillment experience, and deliver measurable business impact. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, team leadership, and strategic planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and algorithms, to design and implement scalable systems that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving business landscape.

We're excited about you because...

• You have experience with warehouse management systems, order management systems, transportation management systems, distribution center software, or similar solutions.
• You bring 3+ years of experience building and scaling real-time solutions, including 1-2+ years managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Your experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones is a strong plus.
• You have a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-focused solutions aligned with business objectives
• You have extensive hands-on experience with one of the widely used programming languages, such as Golang, Java, or similar.

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, location, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual bonus, and new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units, depending on employee and company performance. $130,900-$218,000 USD
