Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of The Brook's facilities and grounds. In this leadership role, you'll oversee engineering operations, preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and a skilled team dedicated to providing a safe, efficient, and exceptional environment for our guests and employees.

What You'll Do- Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering team, including Engineers, Lead Engineers, and Grounds staff
- Oversee daily maintenance operations across buildings, grounds, equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize efficiency and reliability
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee work orders, repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects
- Manage department schedules, staffing, performance reviews, training, and employee development
- Coordinate and oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Monitor department budgets, expenses, inventory, and purchasing activities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, building codes, life safety requirements, and company policies
- Provide engineering support for events, entertainment venues, and seasonal operations
- Serve as a key resource during facility emergencies and operational challenges
What We're Looking For- 7+ years of facilities, engineering, construction, hotel, casino, or commercial maintenance experience
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance
- Proven experience leading teams, managing projects, and overseeing contractors
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing budgets, preventive maintenance programs, and operational priorities
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Primary Game Operator License (sponsored and paid for by The Brook)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
