A Day in the Life of an Engineering ManagerAs an
Engineering Manager at
BHI, you will lead a dedicated team while overseeing technical execution and project delivery. You will:
- Mentor, manage, and empower a team of engineers to reach their full potential.
- Balance hands-on technical guidance with strategic project planning and resource management.
- Drive project delivery on time and within budget, ensuring top-tier engineering standards.
- Maintain a proactive, positive leadership style while working closely with divisional teams.
Qualifications & Requirements- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 7-10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
- Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity directly leading engineering teams, managing budgets, and driving project delivery.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE design software, engineering codes, and safety/regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
