Do you enjoy solving complex technical challenges while aligning cross‑functional teams to deliver business results?

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering activities associated with complex manufacturing processes and product execution. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and enabling functions to ensure technical alignment, operational effectiveness, and successful delivery of customized solutions that meet customer needs.

This role is reserved for highly experienced engineering professionals and may require alignment with Chief Engineering governance frameworks depending on organizational requirements.


As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading engineering activities related to manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment between design intent and production execution.
  • Managing complex manufacturing environments with customized solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations) to ensure technical and organizational alignment.
  • Defining and implementing approaches for complex production and engineering challenges.
  • Leading a medium‑sized manufacturing or engineering organization with accountability for performance and budget (typically exceeding $5 million).
  • Supporting strategic discussions regarding future business direction, capabilities, and operational improvements.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, quality, and productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Principal Manufacturing Engineer or equivalent senior engineering role.
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering systems, and production operations.
  • Be capable of managing complex engineering challenges and delivering effective, scalable solutions.
  • Have the ability to operate in a cross‑functional and global matrix organization.
