Engineering Manager - Ancillary Products and Field Service

What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will coordinate with customers, engineering, production, and leadership to define scope, pricing, and deliverables for custom engineered solutions
  • You will manage the global Field Service team, including custom job builds, calibration schedules, engineering support, and sales objectives
  • You will lead vendor, customer, and internal communications to bid, quote, and execute projects, including equipment installations
  • You will develop, maintain, and organize complete custom-job documentation (manuals, drawings, schematics, software, calibration, safety standards)
  • You will ensure compliant project execution through commissioning, training, handover, and adherence to industry and regulatory standards (OSHA, NFPA, ASME, etc.)
  • You will manage project risk and change control, including change orders, HAZOPs, risk assessments, and Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) processes


What makes you great

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (preferred) with 5+ years of machine design and project management experience
  • You have the ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally based on project workload
  • You have basic proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
  • You have demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process equipment issues in industrial environments
  • You have knowledge of instrumentation, controls, and equipment installation, commissioning, and signoff
  • Preferred: You will have experience with robotic automation, Thermal Spray/Industrial Gas systems, customer technical support, and credentials such as PE license or Project Management certification
