Full Job Description
About the Role

We are looking for an engineering leader to work on our Agentic Marketing Platform, which allows marketers to run programs end-to-end rather than organize teams of specialists and agencies. The product has grown extremely quickly, and we're continuing to invest aggressively in this area. There are a lot of exciting projects and challenges ahead, which also gives this role the potential to have significant impact.

At Hightouch, our engineering leaders serve as both active technical voices and strong people managers. The key outcomes we are looking for from this role include:
  • Product Development: Lead the team in roadmapping and executing successful development of significant features and products as required to drive the business forward. Uphold a high technical bar, while making pragmatic tradeoffs
  • Pace: Through a combination of leadership and technical expertise, improve the pace of execution of the team
  • Recruiting: Be responsible for growing the team, including identifying needs, deciding how to evaluate candidates, and ensuring we hire high impact team members
  • Reliability: Against the uphill battle of high growth/scale, up-level the team on reliability, resulting in fewer incidents, catching our own issues before our customers do, and a strong incident management hygiene
  • People: Foster growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation

Some of the problems we'll be working on include:
  • Content Generation: Helping marketers create high-quality, on-brand content at scale. Work on combining foundation models with rich customer context, brand guidelines, and historical campaign performance, and human review to make generated content more useful, trustworthy, and production-ready.
  • Context Management: AMP depends on giving agents a rich, structured understanding of each customer's business, including their data, brand, campaigns, content, and goals. We're building the systems that ingest, organize, and retrieve that context efficiently so agents can reason well, stay grounded, and improve over time.:
  • Insights: Helping marketers understand what is happening across their campaigns, customers, and channels, and what to do next. We're building systems that generate insights and into creative fatigue, performance, and competitors, and how to act on them.
  • Orchestration: A core part of AMP is helping marketers go from generated assets to live campaigns across the tools they already use. Building the systems that integrate with ad and lifecycle platforms, orchestrate campaign setup and delivery, and make it easy to launch and manage campaigns reliably across channels.
What We Offer

We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. This is a senior role, but we focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $220,000 - $400,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
