Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in information technology or engineering preferred.
- 5 years progressive experience in a related field.
- 2 years specializing in configuring and supporting the integration of enterprise network and storage solutions or equivalent experience.
- Strong Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for structured cabling systems using various cable types.
- Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
- Experience with variety of technologies across networking, systems and tools

Compensation/ BenefitsCertain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $110,400 to $138,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

Engineering Manager -- 1st Shift -- NAIC2A Brief OverviewWork with internal partners and customers to provide qualified staff for our Integration Technology Center services engagements. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in the various technical verticals through resource capacity planning, training, and process improvement. The successful manager will also provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the engineers as they execute their assigned engagements. Makes recommendations on process and/or system enhancements and propagates a continuous improvement culture across the team. Responsibilities include leading, developing, planning, and directing staff in support of department goals and objectives.
