Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a relevant engineering field.
• Expertise in high and low-pressure hose and tube assemblies.
• Proficient understanding of system sizing requirements, including 1D flow simulation and flow balancing.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven team collaboration experience.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Vis Mockup and TeamCenter for design and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and validation of cooling components for electrified vehicles and complex assembly systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance and safety standards.
• Manage Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) and Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) documentation.
• Coordinate tasks and resources to achieve project milestones on time.
• Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) principles for product development.
• Conduct design simulations using Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools to optimize performance.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure alignment with quality and project goals.
