What You'll Do:- Design, develop, and support scalable solutions across core applications, enterprise platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
- Backend Development: Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Security 6.x, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring AOP, Spring Actuator, Spring ORM, Spring JPA, and Spring REST.
- Microservices Architecture: implementing microservices using Spring Boot 3.x and Spring Cloud.
- Database Technologies: Hibernate 6.x and JPA for ORM ,Oracle 12c.
- Java Programming: Java 17+ (including multithreading, event handling, and generics).
- Frontend Development: Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap 5, jQuery, Ajax, and Angular 16.
- UI/UX Design: Ability to design and develop responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks and technologies.
- Angular Framework: Hands-on experience in creating Angular components, services, directives, pipes, and implementing route guards in Angular 16.
- Web Services: Proficient in developing and consuming SOAP and RESTful APIs using JAX-WS, JAX-RS, and Spring Rest Controller.
- Application Deployment: Experience deploying applications on servers like Apache Tomcat 10.x, JBoss EAP 7.x, and IBM WebSphere 9.x.
- Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), Azure App Services, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Skilled in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle, and SonarQube for automated builds and deployments.
- Design Patterns & Architecture: Strong understanding of MVC architecture and J2EE design patterns.
- Agile Methodologies: Proven ability to work in Agile environments, conduct scrum meetings, and manage sprint progress.
- Architect, design, and implement Java / .NET Core / .NET 6+/7+ web applications and services, adhering to domain-driven design and clean architecture principles.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs as well as SOAP/WSDL-based services, webhooks, and service endpoints.
- Construct frontend user interfaces utilizing React.js or other component/UI frameworks such as Angular or Vue, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
- Design and deliver generative AI and LLM-powered solutions including prompt engineering, embedding/retrieval augmented generation (RAG), vector store implementation, prompt orchestration, and integration with external AI APIs or model hosts.
- Build and maintain desktop and Office extension clients, including WPF applications and VSTO Office add-ins for Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Implement Windows-level integrations, such as context menu overrides, shell extensions, system hooks, and registry modifications.
- Develop messaging and event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka, Pub/Sub, message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus), event sourcing, and CQRS where applicable.
- Ensure robust monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability through comprehensive instrumentation of services with metrics, dashboards, distributed tracing, structured logs, health checks, and error tracking.
- Drive reliability, scalability, and performance optimization across technology layers.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and architectural critiques to promote coding standards, patterns, and industry best practices.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, facilitating technical growth, and contributing to estimation, grooming, and strategic planning processes.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, architectural discussions, incident response, and deployment readiness activities.
Expertise You'll Bring:- Hands-on experience in Banking Domain with one or more Technologies: Core Application Development, Cloud, Infra & DevOps, Security, SFDC, Enterprise Applications, Data Engineering, or AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures and hyperscaler services on Google, Amazon, or Microsoft platforms.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex systems and integrations.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, automation tools, and modern deployment strategies.
- Exposure to data platforms, analytics, machine learning, or AI solutions is a strong plus.
- Understanding of security principles including identity, access management, and data protection.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced delivery environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
