What You Will Do
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for Surface Radars and Sensors Center
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and variance reports to Surface Radar and Sensors Center Lead to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Center Lead, Department Lead, and Section Leads to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Monitor OH Spending and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with RTX financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including preparation of presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and leverage digital tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
- Prepare labor transfers and IOTs as required

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools

- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry or a large multinational corporation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
