Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Licensed Architect with 10+ years in Science and Technology projects.
• Experience managing various project sizes, particularly those over $30MM.
• Proven ability in team coordination across disciplines and consultants.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills for managing multiple projects.
• Good public speaking and networking ability with excellent writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is a must.
• Eligible for federal security clearance and ability to travel within the US.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage project design development and delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, team members, and clients.
• Address project challenges by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary, code, and jurisdictional requirements for client projects.
• Provide onsite assistance during construction observations.
• Cultivate relationships with new and returning clients.
