In this role, you will work closely with senior engineering leaders to support the design, analysis, and evaluation of critical blade components, ensuring that every project adheres to our core commitment of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. You will gain hands-on experience bridging the gap between theoretical design and shop-floor reality, helping to develop components that are both structurally robust and optimized for manufacturing.

Throughout your daily work, you will have the opportunity to participate in the full product lifecycle-from assisting in the resolution of field quality issues and developing repair solutions to supporting New Technology Introduction (NTI) initiatives. Beyond your technical contributions, you will learn to collaborate across functions, working alongside Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to understand how engineering requirements drive our overall strategy.   • Learn from Experts: Work directly with senior engineering leaders to provide technical solutions for field quality issues, production processes, and cutting-edge new product designs.
  • Contribute to Real Projects: Support the full engineering lifecycle-from scoping and planning new component developments to executing design and analysis tasks using foundational engineering principles.
  • Master Design for Manufacturing: Learn to create blade component concepts that balance structural integrity with manufacturing reality, helping to define the acceptance criteria for our products.
  • Build Your Technical Toolkit: Develop specialized knowledge in Blade Components, gaining hands-on experience with design specifications, industry standards, and the latest technical advancements.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Mechanics or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design and concepts.
  • Familiarity with metallic or composite component design and testing, mechanics, failure modes analysis, and building-block approach.
  • Experienced with metallic or composite prototype building.
  • Ability and willingness to travel globally up to 20% of the time.


Desired Characteristics
  • Postgraduate degree.
  • Three years working experience in composite component design, composite component testing, or relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with composite manufacturing.
  • Technical understanding of wind blade composite structural components with demonstrated ability to design and own engineering outcomes regarding safety, quality, and fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in manufacturing environment alongside operators and laboratory technicians.
  • Experience in statistical analysis, holds APQP Level 2 certifications, and has familiarity with the TRL/MRL processes.
  • Experience in complex issue resolution by coordinating cross-functional teams and demonstrating analytical problem-solving skills utilizing tools such as (FMEA), RCA 8D process, etc.
  • Experience in project management by creating a clear, executable path from high level objectives, and demonstrating operational execution rigor by ensuring the objectives are realized.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to individuals at all levels of the organization while ensuring transparency and gaining alignment with internal/external stakeholders.


Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $72,000.00 and $108,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
