Skill: Salesforce Developer
1. 6+ years of experience within Software development, Integration using Apex, Flows, Force.com, Asynchronous process,
LWC, Aura, Data migration, CRMA, AI, CPQ, nCino etc
2. Experience in banking and Financial services including in-depth knowledge of loan Lifecyle, Sales and Marketing functional
Knowledge.
3. Certified Salesforce Admin and Platform developer, Financial Service cloud, Al, Data cloud certifications.
4. Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
5. Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as required.
6. Implement security and sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
7. Develop custom reports, dashboards, workflows, flows, and validation rules.
8. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
9. Expertise in various technical areas such as data modeling, integration, security and customization - should be able to review codes and suggest best practices of implementations
10. Demonstrate effective, strong and clear communication/collaboration with LOBs, Stakeholders
and Customers on daily basis.
11. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
12. Experience troubleshooting performance and Governor limits related issues/exceptions(leveraging ApexGuru Scale center), should actively participate in automations and other Pl activities.
13. Typically anticipates opportunities and proactively and consistently champions innovative solutions
cross-functionally and across the Enterprise.
14. Work cooperatively with team members in global offices, across various time zones to meet deadlines.
15. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and issues resolutions
16. Facilitate and actively participate in meetings with representatives from business and/or IT units.
17. Take accountability for quality of deliverables, provide status on development effort, and deliver on time
and as per specifications.
18. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or equivalent number of years of experience
19. Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile or Scrum development processes
20. Understanding of Copado for deployments and other applications like JIRA, ServiceNow etc.
21. Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX.
Salary Range - $100,000-$110,000 a year
