Job OverviewWe are seeking an
Engineer Subject Matter Expert Specialist to join our team. You will serve as a highly specialized subject matter expert responsible for deploying, configuring, and optimizing ForeScout and network security solutions within complex, highly secure DoD operational environments. You will guide the full lifecycle of systems implementation while collaborating directly with government stakeholders to provide technical analysis, develop training materials, and deliver strategic engineering advice. You will be located in New Cumberland, PA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:ForeScout Implementation & Network Engineering- Professional Services Delivery: Providing on-site and off-site support for ForeScout product deployment, configuration, health checks, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Architecture & Design: Assisting with implementation capacity planning and comprehensive network designs to ensure systems are robust and scalable.
Advanced Systems Security & DoD Operations- Systems Management: Installing, managing, and supporting complex production network and computer security systems comprised of disparate hardware and software components.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Leveraging high-level knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems, security standards, and DoD-specific networks and processes to ensure secure and compliant operations.
Full-Lifecycle Technical Analysis & Integration- Lifecycle Participation: Contributing to all phases of development and integration, with a strong emphasis on planning, analysis, modeling, simulation, and testing.
- Complex Problem Solving: Providing high-level functional systems analysis, design, and implementation advice to resolve exceptionally complex technical challenges.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement- Government Liaison: Collaborating closely with government representatives to discuss deployment techniques, address product issues, and evaluate feature requests.
- Communication & Training: Coordinating pre-installation discussions, drafting written post-deployment summaries, and developing best practices/training materials.
- Technical Presentation: Utilizing excellent oral and written communication skills to deliver presentations and translate highly technical subject matter for audiences of varying technical backgrounds.
Required Qualifications:- Must possess a DoD 8570 IAT level II certification.
- Must possess a LINUX+ certification.
- Must possess either a Forescout Certified Administrator (FSCA) -OR- a Forescout Certified Engineer (FSCE).
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
Clearance Requirements:- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must possess a DoD current Secret clearance.
