Your Mission BriefWOLF Advanced Technology is on the hunt for
a full-time Engineer, Quality Engineering to join our independent quality team in
Aurora, ON.
Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, you'll play a mission-critical role in strengthening aerospace and defence compliance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards of excellence.

As Engineer, Quality Engineering at WOLF, you might...- Lead root cause analysis and CAPA resolution: Manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and CARs (Corrective Action Requests) while driving corrective and preventive action investigations with a keen focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- Champion AS9100D compliance: Conduct internal, customer, and regulatory audits while ensuring adherence to ITAR, CGP, and defense standards
- Elevate supplier performance: Partner with procurement and vendors to resolve issues, conduct evaluations, and ensure conformance to aerospace quality requirements
- Power continuous improvement: Apply Lean Six Sigma tools, problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Whys, FMEA), and statistical analysis to reduce cycle times, boost reliability, and cut costs
- Translate data into action: Track KPIs, analyze OTD (On-Time Delivery), and deliver insights that improve processes across production and engineering
- Collaborate across functions: Provide technical quality expertise to engineering (mechanical and electrical), production teams, and suppliers

Your EdgeYou hold
a post-secondary degree or diploma in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with
2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or aerospace and defence production. With your
IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification, you are ready to thrive in an intermediate role that demands both technical precision and adaptability.
You bring
hands-on experience with AS9100D systems and supplier quality, matched with a proactive mindset that balances shifting priorities and delivers timely, accurate results. What You Bring to the Table- Quality systems expertise: Direct experience with AS9100D compliance, root cause analysis, CAPA, and supplier quality management
- Technical tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with added value from exposure to SAP, Allegro, Omnify, Keyence, and statistical methods such as SPC and control charts
- Structured problem-solving: Skilled in approaches like 8D, 5-Whys, and FMEA to drive sustainable improvements
- Regulatory awareness: Knowledge of ITAR and CGP requirements within aerospace and defence environments
- Collaboration and communication: Ability to translate technical issues into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional teams and customers
- Adaptability under pressure: Strong organizational skills that enable you to prioritize effectively and respond to fast-changing demands
