every measurement used in our manufacturing process can be trusted, directly protecting product quality and customer confidence. Your expertise in metrology and statistical analysis will enable teams to make accurate decisions and prevent defects before they occur.
By strengthening measurement systems and reducing variation, you will improve process capability and support consistent, high-performance operations. Your work will influence everything from product release to long-term reliability.

What You'll Be Doing- Develop measurement system and SPC methods to ensure reliable data and effective process control
- Analyze variation and capability to identify improvement opportunities and prevent defects
- Partner with engineering and operations to implement accurate measurement and monitoring solutions
- Train teams on measurement practices and SPC to strengthen quality ownership across the site
- Maintain calibration and measurement records to ensure compliance and audit readiness
What We're Looking For- Experience in quality engineering or metrologywith knowledge of MSA, SPC, and calibration systems
- Strong statistical and analytical skillsto interpret data and drive process improvements
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of measurement methods and tools used in manufacturing and inspection
- Leadership mindset aligned with Danfoss behaviors, including accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

- The targeted salary range for this position is $75,000 - $119,000 based on experience.
