  • Ensure authorized technical reviews of submissions from analysts and subcontractors
  • Act as the main liaison between the Engineering Integrated Product Team and the Logistics community
  • Provide input and status reports to LSA manager
  • Use metrics to track quality of deliverables

Full Job Description
Responsible for delivery of LSA data including, but not limited to, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), & Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis to internal and external customers in accordance with cost, schedule, quality and technical performance requirements as agreed to by contract. • Be cognizant of International Trade Compliance (ITC) policies including interpretation of company policies and procedures, work instructions, and ITAR regulations in relation to Sikorsky LSA deliverables • Ensure authorized technical review/acceptance review of analyst/subcontractor submitted packages to ensure compliance with statement of work, Engineering source data and departmental quality plan. • The LSA Analyst will be the primary interface between the Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Logistics community. • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with customer personnel. • Provide/maintain inputs/status reports to LSA manager • Maintain effective use of metrics for tracking quality of internal or subcontractor provided deliverables. Basic Qualifications Highly proficient communication skills (oral and written) Strong organizational skills; Able to manage multiple projects of varied size and scope Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance theory Able to think and operate independently with general direction, to develop approach to solutions, where work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting overall objectives Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner. Desired Skills Aircraft Maintenance Experience (preferably helicopters) Working knowledge of relational databases Experience with model based engineering Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00 Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible work arrangements and schedules (e.g., 4x10), 401(k) match, Paid time off, Holidays, Parental Leave, EAP, Flexible Spending Accounts, Education Assistance, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability. • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
