Position Title:Engineer Lead
Job Description:Engineer LeadLocation: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 5800 Northampton Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23502.
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The
Engineer Lead is responsible for full delivery of end to end system development and maintenance on medium Enterprise-wide technology platforms.
How You Will Make an Impact: - Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
- Lead requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business.
- Lead efforts with Web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products.
- May implement improvements in stability, performance, and scalability across major business-critical systems.
- May implement process to reduce barriers and roadblocks in projects, services, and processes in order to operate more efficiently.
- Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
- Develop and own list of final enhancements.
- Develop and define application scope and objectives and supervise the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from which programs will be written.
- Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
- Ensure unit test is completed and meet the test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan.
- Deliver application technology solutions and data information planning effort.
- Coordinate and manage on-call support and own the system monitoring process.
- Own the technical development environment and work on the Enterprise team.
- Lead multiple or large projects and facilitate large group JAD sessions for requirements, modeling in several disciplines.
- Lead vendor evaluation and analysis.
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field of study.
- Seven (7) years of Information Technology (IT) experience, or related.
Experience Requirements: - Seven (7) years of required IT, or related experience must include:
- Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander);
- CSR/CPM framework;
- Constellation;
- .NET; Unix Shell Script;
- Java;
- Mainframe;
- JavaScript;
- REST Services;
- SOAP Services;
- Postman;
- Technology and Data Migration projects.
