Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering or a related field with 4+ years of related experience or 2+ years with a Master's degree.
• Proven technical leadership experience focused on project execution and product innovation.
• Working knowledge of System Engineering, Root Cause Analysis, and test methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and test/verification techniques is preferred.
• Experience in Project Management, Systems Engineering, and subcontractor management desired.
• Familiarity with LINUX/UNIX, PetaLinux, and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a multi-discipline engineering team to resolve complex engineering problems.
• Manage complex projects involving both software and hardware to meet cost and schedule expectations.
• Oversee system-level testing for hardware and software, including generating test plans and procedures.
• Quickly understand radar integration activities and propose technical solutions for high-level challenges.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement problem-solving methodologies.
• Collaborate effectively with senior engineering staff and program management.
