Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred.
• 4+ years of related engineering experience (or 2+ years with a Master's).
• Strong grasp of engineering concepts, codes, and theory with broad application abilities.
• Experience in testing, manufacturing, and documentation of design solutions.
• Proficient in reading/creating engineering drawings using GD&T and MBD.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for team collaboration.
• Professional Engineering License preferred but not required.
• Experience with CREO, Windchill, and Simulate is necessary. Siemens NX and Teamcenter experience is a plus.
• Eligibility for DoD Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate engineering systems to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot assigned systems using engineering principles.
• Document findings and deliver technical presentations effectively.
• Direct activities of design teams and less experienced staff.
• Provide solutions for complex technical issues during project representation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
• Adhere to company regulations and work safely according to established practices.
