Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.The Engineer II works within the Technical and Strategic Solution Team to design, build, and support full-stack applications and data integrations for the CFO organization. The role leverages the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, SQL Server) to streamline financial processes, build reliable data integration processes using SSIS, and deliver actionable insights. Additionally, this position focuses on implementing modern workflow automation and AI tools such as KIRO and Databricks to transform routine financial data tasks.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):- Develop, test, and maintain internal financial applications and interfaces using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET) and modern front-end frameworks
- Develop and optimize database schemas and stored procedures in SQL Server 2022 while maintaining reliable SSIS data integration pipelines
- Implement modern workflows and technologies, including KIRO, GenAI/LLM APIs, and Copilot tools, to enhance application capabilities and automate routine financial tasks
- Follow and contribute to best practices in source code management, testing, and deployment CI/CD processes utilizing GitLab
- Collaborate with senior team members and business units across the CFO organization to translate financial workflows into robust technical solutions
Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):- Solid hands-on experience in full-stack web application and API development using C# and the .NET framework
- Proficiency in database development with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedure optimization, and performance tuning
- Ability to integrate AI capabilities, such as LLM APIs and prompt engineering, into modern business application workflows
- Experience contributing to the build and deployment of AI agents using Databricks, AWS, or Azure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data lineage, spot anomalies, and deliver clear technical solutions
- Practical experience in version control systems and CI/CD deployment pipelines utilizing GitLab
Additional Qualifications:- Experience or familiarity with the Databricks platform for data engineering, AI, or advanced analytics
- Familiarity with KIRO or similar financial system workflow automation tools
- Functional or technical experience working with Oracle ERP environments, specifically Oracle EBS R12 table structures
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Minimum Requirements:- Minimum Education: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in .NET full-stack development and database management
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
- .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET) and API development
- Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- SSIS data integration processes (minimum 3 years required)
Salary RangesCompensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year
