General Purpose

Essential Duties

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
  • Facilitate the seamless integration of electronic health records (EHR), medical imaging systems, and other critical healthcare applications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand clinical workflows and tailor IT systems to enhance efficiency.
    Implement interoperability standards to enable the exchange of patient data across different healthcare platforms.

COMPETENCIES
  • Self-starter and be able to work independently.
    Must have excellent high-level engineering skills.
    Customer oriented, solid business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of performance against goals year over year.
    Knowledge of IT best practices and ability to use best judgement to service facility's needs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, with all levels of internal and external professionals, especially professionals with non-technical understanding.
  • Strong relationship building skills.


Qualification

Education and/or Experience
• Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, etc.)
• Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019
• Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS)
• Active Directory
• Desktop support and user support
• Windows Client Operating Systems (Window 7, 10, 11)
• PSA or RMM experience

Language Skills

Capable of effective communication in both written and spoken form. Can understand and participate in conversations on familiar topics, as well as comprehend standard business correspondence and documentation.

Mathematical Skills

Familiarity with basic mathematical concepts and operations. Able to perform simple calculations and understand elementary mathematical principles. May require support or training to apply mathematical skills in the context of the job.

Reasoning Ability

Skilled in logical reasoning and analytical thinking. Capable of evaluating information, identifying relationships, and drawing logical conclusions. Able to solve moderately complex problems independently and effectively communicate reasoning processes.
