We’re looking for a collaborative, results-driven program Mechanical Engineer who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You bring strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and technical deliverables while keeping cross-functional teams aligned. You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable working with both internal teams and customers to solve challenges and drive programs to successful completion.
Lead project planning and execution, including the development and management of Integrated Master Schedules, detailed program plans, and key project milestones.
Drive change and risk management,identifying potential challenges early, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing recovery plans when necessary.
Lead program status meetings, partnering with technical leads and project teams to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain alignment on priorities.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical leads, cross-functional stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project challenges, assess impacts, and drive effective solutions.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
