Job Summary:The Engineer II is responsible for the implementation of the entire project cycle and provides engineering support for operating assets.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Implements entire project cycle for projects of moderate size and complexity including design, development, material procurement, construction, and project completion.
- Communicates with company personnel and contractors for project implementation.
- Prepares technical construction specifications for individual projects.
- In facility planning role, prepares and presents pipeline simulation results for new and expansion projects.
- Reviews project plans and details for code compliance, proper company and safety standards, and good engineering practices.
- Evaluates project bids and makes material selections.
- Effectively manages budgets, timelines, and problem resolution related to multiple projects.
- Provides engineering and troubleshooting support for operating assets.
- Manages and executes small to medium projects.
- Participates in PSM activities such as PHA/LOPAs, PSSRs, and MOC processes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems related to energy systems and equipment.
- Experience with engineering software and tools used in the energy industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving project goals and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage project documentation and requirements effectively.
- Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship in engineering practices.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in engineering required
- Previous natural gas industry experience required
- 3+ years of engineering project management experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with engineering analysis including specialty software
