Overview

The Engineer General III (Aerospace) provides comprehensive system conceptualization, test and validation support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.

Responsibilities
  • Capable of system conceptualization, system-level requirements definition and system test and evaluation.
  • Manage and coordinate the execution of technical projects, testing and evaluation, and rapid acquisition projects.
  • Coordinate information among all Government and non-Government stakeholders as applicable.
  • Manage, facilitate, and represent Government communication to senior leaders, DoD, and non-DoD Government agencies.
  • Perform technical analysis and risk management to conduct assessments of technology and implement risk mitigation plans.
  • Provide systems engineering support to develop concepts and translate operational requirements into configured systems, manage interfaces and verify that designs meet needs.
Qualifications

Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
  • (10) years of progressively more complex experience in hardware design, development, and documentation.
  • Familiar with probability, reliability, statistical analysis methods, sampling, test and evaluation techniques, data collection, and applicable regulations and standards
  • TS/SCI Clearance

Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000

 

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. 

 

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
