Overview

Stewart & Stevenson, LLC has two (2) full-time positions in Houston, Harris County, TX.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for diagnostics & repairs for low & medium electrical well stimulation voltage systems & equipment. Be responsible for diagnostics & repair of controls system failure using Digital multimeter (DMM), multi-functional electronic measuring instrument meters & diagnostic software including Electronic Technician (CAT-ET), Danfoss plus 1 service tool, SEL acSELerator Quickset software, Danfoss VLT software for drive configurators. Utilize thermo imaging cameras for heat imaging. Utilize sound meters to detect high and low variations in sounds.

Qualifications

Education/Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or its equivalent & two (2) years of work experience as an Electrical/Controls Technician, Low & Medium Voltage. Work experience should include one (1) year of work with electronic test equipment including Digital multimeter, multi-functional electronic measuring instrument (DMM), thermo imaging cameras, & sound meters. 75% domestic travel required to project sites.
