Responsibilities

As an Engineer 3 you will design, develop and modify many different elements of technology .You will be required to understand advanced methods, theories and research techniques that establish ongoing direction and implementation of the technology vision and strategy. As an Engineer 3, we will be looking to you as a subject matter expert in multiple areas of technology that will represent your team in a positive manner within and outside of your department.You will be leading implementations and providing viable recommendations for implementing new solutions.You will be providing instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments; ensuring deadlines are met. Daily activities will include collaborating with Architects and recommending adjustments to the architecture to improve the overall quality and integration. You will also be required to monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance of established standards, processes, and procedures.

EFM IT has an opportunity for an experienced Engineer 3 - Salesforce who is responsible for assessing and responding to user requests for product support, helping to evaluate business requests to determine feasibility as well as application development. This position interprets end-user business requirements to develop and/or modify technical design specifications for custom-developed Salesforce solutions. The engineer also analyzes and reviews software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost restraints. Included in this role, you will participate in unit testing, QA testing, identifying potential problems and researching options to minimize complexity along with implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL (excludes Cook County), IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MO, NV, NM, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI
• Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems
• Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of Service Cloud experience
• 3+ years of Sales Cloud experience
• 3+ years of API experience
