Pre-employment:- Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements

Engine Rebuild Heavy Equipment Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic) Qualifications:- Must be a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Red Seal - Off Road or equivalent
- Must have between (7) and (10) years' Journeyperson experience
- Off Road experience is REQUIRED
- Experience with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. and/or Komatsu components is REQUIRED
- Experience with CAT Scrapers is Beneficial
- Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics
- Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIRED
Engine Rebuild Heavy Equipment Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic) Responsibilities:- Rebuild Cat, Komatsu engines
- Complete overhaul of sub components
- Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner
- Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure
- Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and overhauls
- Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture
