As an Auditor and Quality Project Manager, you will work closely with engine center teams, complete internal audits, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards such as AS9100.

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with flexible hours. The role requires some travel between our Lethbridge and Mississauga plants and is performed on-site. What will your day-to-day look like?- Lead internal audits of the engine center quality management system (QMS).
- Develop a risk-based audit plan to ensure adequate coverage of all QMS elements, processes, and sites.
- Conduct process and product audits to evaluate compliance, effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support and coordinate external audits.
- Independently plan, execute, and close audits; ensure findings are accurate, objective, and supported by evidence.
- Evaluate root causes and effectiveness of corrective actions; verify closure.
- Mentor and develop new auditors.
- Analyze quality performance data and trends to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Support teams in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain current knowledge of aerospace industry requirements, regulations, and best practices.
- Responsible for directing projects that involve multiple engine center facilities within the P&WC EC Network. Through CORE methods, ensure the delivery of quality products on time and on budget throughout their life cycle, from Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closure.
- Conduct benchmarking across P&WC's Engine Centers to identify best practices and then, in collaboration with key stakeholders, translate best practices into standardizations across these facilities.
What do you need to be successful?- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or Business, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in quality systems, auditing, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
- Experience conducting quality system and process audits.
- Experience with root-cause analysis, corrective action, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience interpreting and applying quality standards, procedures, and regulatory/customer requirements.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 requirements.
- Experience in aeronautics or in manufacturing/assembly.

The salary range for this role is 123,750 CAD - 173,750 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
