Full Job Description
Stellantis' People, Purpose & Culture Organization is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist to support the design, deployment, analysis, and continuous improvement of employee engagement and culture measurement strategies across North America. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in employee listening, engagement analytics, organizational effectiveness, and survey-based insights, helping leaders understand employee sentiment and translate data into meaningful actions that improve culture, engagement, and organizational performance.

Specific responsibilities of the role are:
  • Lead the planning, deployment, administration, and governance of North America employee engagement surveys and employee listening initiatives
  • Analyze engagement, culture, and employee sentiment data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and organizational priorities
  • Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights that support data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to interpret survey results and develop action plans that address key engagement and culture opportunities
  • Design and facilitate listening sessions, focus groups, and employee feedback forums to supplement survey findings and deepen organizational understanding
  • Monitor engagement KPIs, culture indices, participation rates, and other workforce metrics to evaluate organizational effectiveness
  • Conduct statistical analyses and trend assessments to identify drivers of engagement, retention, motivation, and employee experience outcomes
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications and leadership teams to develop communication strategies supporting survey participation, results sharing, and action planning efforts
  • Support enterprise employee listening strategies, including pulse surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms
  • Benchmark engagement and culture metrics against internal trends and external best practices to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Consult with leaders on organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and culture-related challenges using data-driven recommendations
  • Maintain survey governance processes, reporting standards, and data integrity protocols
  • Anticipate and communicate potential risks to survey execution, participation, and action planning efforts while recommending mitigation strategies
  • Other special projects as assigned


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent analytics, workforce insights, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
  • Experience administering employee engagement surveys, employee listening programs, or organizational assessment tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative workforce data
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, presentations, and executive-level insights
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of survey methodology, statistical analysis, employee research techniques, and organizational diagnostics
  • Experience conducting focus groups, qualitative research, and employee listening sessions
  • Familiarity with engagement indices, culture metrics, organizational effectiveness measures, and employee experience frameworks
  • Experience presenting workforce insights and recommendations to senior leaders and executive audiences
  • Professional certification in Organizational Development, Employee Experience, People Analytics, or related disciplines
