Responsibilities: - Lead the development, synchronization, and execution of engagement strategies, plans, and activities that support campaign objectives, operational priorities, and commander's intent.
- Oversee the integration of Key Leader Engagements (KLEs) with Information Operations (IO), Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), influence activities, and broader operational efforts to maximize mission effectiveness.
- Direct stakeholder analysis efforts to identify key leaders, influencers, decision-makers, partner organizations, and audiences critical to achieving desired operational outcomes.
Lead the development of engagement objectives, themes, messages, talking points, and engagement frameworks aligned with operational and strategic goals.
- Coordinate across joint, interagency, multinational, partner nation, and commercial stakeholders to ensure engagement activities are synchronized, deconflicted, and mutually reinforcing.
- Advise senior leaders on engagement opportunities, risks, stakeholder dynamics, and recommended courses of action to support mission success.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of engagement synchronization matrices, campaign support plans, executive briefings, and operational reporting products.
- Assess engagement effectiveness, analyze stakeholder responses, and direct adjustments to engagement strategies based on operational feedback and assessment findings.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience supporting engagement planning, Key Leader Engagements (KLE), Information Operations (IO), Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), strategic communications, civil affairs, diplomacy, or related mission areas.
- Demonstrated experience leading engagement planning efforts and synchronizing activities across military, interagency, multinational, partner nation, and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience developing engagement strategies, campaign support plans, communication objectives, and executive-level products for senior leaders and decision-makers.
- Proven ability to analyze complex operational environments, stakeholder networks, and audience dynamics to inform planning and operational decision-making.
- Experience leading teams, managing cross-functional planning efforts, and advising senior leaders on engagement-related activities and outcomes.
Desired Qualifications: - Master's degree in International Relations, Strategic Communications, Political Science, National Security Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, interagency organizations, partner nation engagements, or strategic competition initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience integrating engagement planning with campaign design, influence operations, behavioral analysis, information environment activities, or whole-of-government and whole-of-nation initiatives.

Pay Range:
