Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and client-focused Engagement Manager to lead strategic consulting engagements within the Life Sciences domain. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving large-scale transformation initiatives across R&D, Clinical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions.

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting expertise, Life Sciences domain knowledge, digital transformation experience, and commercial acumen to successfully deliver business outcomes while building long-term client relationships.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define long-term business vision, transformation roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive consulting engagements through structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, and executive-level communication.
  • Translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, clinical, and offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support business growth initiatives through proposal development, solution positioning, pricing strategy, and participation in client pursuit discussions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by analyzing industry trends, market disruptions, and emerging technologies in Life Sciences.


Basic Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or strategic advisory roles within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Deep understanding of Life Sciences business processes, trends, and regulatory environments.
  • Experience in one or more of the following domains:
    • Supply Chain
    • Manufacturing
    • Analytics
    • Quality & Compliance
    • Connected Health
    • HCP Engagement
    • Digital Transformation
  • Strong knowledge of digital architecture, enterprise platforms, and technologies across the Life Sciences value chain.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, client-facing environments with urgency and accountability.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.

  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align strategic recommendations to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting proposals, RFP responses, and business development initiatives.
  • Ability to develop thought leadership content and contribute to industry eminence activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • MBA preferred, ideally from a top-tier business school.
