Full Job Description
The Value Realization Services (VRS) team helps Risant Health customers get the most out of our value-based platform (VBP) solutions. We work closely with clinical, product, and technology leaders to guide solution discovery, rollout, and performance tracking-ensuring our tools meet real-world needs and deliver measurable results. Our goal is to help customers succeed while advancing Risant Health's mission to lead value-based care.

The VRS Customer Engagement Lead ensures Risant Health's value-based platform (VBP) solutions deliver measurable value to customers by leading discovery, deployment, and adoption efforts. This role serves as the voice of the customer and coordinates cross-functional teams to align solutions with clinical, operational, and business needs.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the development of customer-specific VBP strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Translate customer needs into actionable objectives and guide product teams with insights for scalable success.


  • Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct current-state assessments, identify pain points and opportunities, and define solution scope and use cases in collaboration with stakeholders.


  • Deployment & Adoption: Oversee go-live readiness, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive adoption strategies tailored to each customer. Support change management and cultural alignment for successful implementation.


  • Performance & Value Measurement: Define success metrics, monitor performance, and report on outcomes. Partner with analytics teams to track impact and continuously improve value realization.


  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for customer organizations, managing relationships, coordinating lifecycle activities, and ensuring alignment across all VBP products.


  • Governance & Operational Oversight: Establish governance structures, prioritize initiatives, and ensure accountability for performance and ROI across the VBP portfolio.


  • Business Case & Budgeting: Develop integrated business cases and manage budgeting and forecasting to support customer-specific value-based care initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or related field


  • Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement. Advanced degrees may be substituted for a portion of the work experience requirements.


  • Ten (10) years as a Customer Engagement Lead or similar role in technology product or management consulting environments, preferably within the healthcare sector.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years in corporate partnerships, joint ventures, corporate development


  • Five (5) years in healthcare (e.g., payer, provider, enablement company)


  • Five (5) years as people leader with direct reports


  • Extensive experience leading large and complex cross-functional teams which include external vendors.


  • Certification and experience in organizational change management on methodologies such as Prosci.


  • Healthcare Ecosystems: Experience navigating complex, multi-payer and multi-provider healthcare environments.


  • Customer Success & GTM Delivery: Proven track record managing customer success and go-to-market solution delivery in fast-paced, high-growth settings.


  • Process & Policy Leadership: Skilled in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer success frameworks, processes, and policies.


  • Data Expertise: Strong understanding of data management principles and system architecture.


  • Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change initiatives, including cultural alignment, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies to support successful deployment of complex solutions.

Compensation and Benefits: The projected base salary for this position ranges from $XXX,XXX to $XXX,XXX depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
