Job DescriptionAs a Systems Engineer, you will contribute to the systems integration and analysis of hardware and software systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Systems Integration: Assist in the integration and analysis of military hardware and software systems/processes (or commercial equivalents).
- Technical Analysis: Support the design and analytical efforts required to optimize the management of critical infrastructure programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and program managers to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Digital Tool Utilization: Utilize project management software and digital engineering tools, (CAMEO, DOORS, Etc...).
- Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical documentation, system specifications, and reports to ensure program milestones are met.
- Process Improvement: Support the implementation of Agile methodologies and continuous process improvement initiatives within the IMC.
- Requirements Management: Manage the full requirements lifecycle, including the derivation, analysis, and development of comprehensive technical requirements documents to ensure alignment between stakeholder needs and system design.
Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related STEM field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics).
- 4 yrs technical experience 2yrs with MS) with an emphasis in Systems engineering
- Technical Aptitude: Fundamental understanding of systems design, integration, and analytical efforts.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with team members, stakeholders, and customers in a professional environment.
- Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Skills and Education- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or other digital engineering tools
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in a technical environment.
- Ability to obtain Top Secret.
- Any foundational certifications in Systems Engineering or Project Management.
