Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4+ years of experience or 6-8+ years of relevant technical experience instead of a degree
• Experience in Quality Assurance in regulated environments
• Strong grasp of Corrective Action / Preventive Action processes and root cause analysis
• Proactive with a solution-based mindset for continuous improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on influence
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and promote constructive problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits according to BAE Systems requirements and standards
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and identify improvement areas
• Support external audits and perform necessary follow-up actions
• Act as owner for Corrective Action / Preventive Action processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally for effective Corrective Action / Preventive Action
• Maintain audit schedules and documentation in compliance with company policies
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across departments
